FAQ

What do I need to do to start the trial?

You only have to enter your email address and we’ll send a download link to you. No credit card details required.

What happens when my trial ends?

After the trial period expires, the configured charts will still be visible/available/accessible in your reports, but you are no longer licensed to use the advanced version of ZoomCharts custom visuals.

How are Nodes and Links created for the chart?

The logic on how vertices and edges are drawn in Network Visual is quite simple. A new node and link is created only for unique entries from the added data. Any additional entries that have the same category will only affect the radiuses of the specific node in the chart.

What layout is used in the chart and can it be changed?

The layout that is used in the chart is called “Force Feedback Layout”. At this time it is not possible to change the layout type.

What defines the link directions for the chart?

The direction of links is defined by the order in which the categories have been added to the Categories field in Field tab of the Visualizations pane.
