A User is a person with a Power BI Pro license or Power BI Free license who imports Drill Down visuals into a report and/or edits a report containing Drill Down Visuals and/or publishes the report on Power BI Service and/or Power BI Report Server and/or publishes the report on a website (in which case a separate EVSL is required) and/or sends PBIX file directly for consumption to another user.
If you purchase a single custom visual from AppSource, the price per user starts at 0.99 EUR/USD per month. The price for acquiring the full bundle containing all Drill Down Visuals, starts at 2.99 EUR/USD per month. For more information on our pricing plans, go here.
Anyone who interacts with your report, whether by editing or viewing, is considered a user and therefore requires a license. For example, if there are 2 people creating reports with ZoomCharts, and a team of 10 people is viewing and interacting with the reports, 12 licenses would be required in total.
Whenever your subscription renews, your new license will become available in your ZoomCharts account.
If you made your purchase using AppSource and you are a billing or global admin, you can manage your licenses by going to the Microsoft 365 admin center and renew them from there.
Head to the AppSource product page of your desired custom visual and purchase the required amount of licenses. Afterwards, you can assign the licenses to your users via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. You can learn more on the documentation page.
AppSource automatically updates the visuals once newer versions have been made available.

Please note that this does not apply to licenses acquired from AppSource, which lets you directly manage and assign licenses.
Active subscriptions have an auto-renewal feature enabled; thus, a renewal charge will be attempted on your subscription's annuity date. In case of either a successful or unsuccessful charge, you will receive a system notification.
