Yes. If you want to publish reports with Drill Down Visuals to a public website that doesn’t require a per-user authentication, you need an External Viewer Site License (EVSL). With EVSL, reports created with Drill Down Visuals will be available to an unlimited number of public users within a single domain. Request a quote if you are interested in acquiring an EVSL.

Yes. All prices are Value Added Tax (VAT) exclusive. For customers from the EU countries applicable VAT tax might be added on top of the listed prices.

If you have purchased your Drill Down Visuals via ZoomCharts website, follow the instructions as described here. Single visuals purchased on AppSource can be assigned to each user in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center as shown in this guide, but Drill Down Visuals bundle purchases need to be mannually activated as described here.

You can pay with credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, and American Express) or via bank transfer. All payment options are secured by Stripe and Braintree (a PayPal service).

If you have purchased the visuals via our website, you can access them in your Drill Down Visuals account. If you have purchased them on AppSource, you can manage your licenses in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. After a user has a license assigned to them, they will be able to add the visual to Power BI via AppSource.

All active subscriptions have auto-renewal enabled by default. You will receive a notification every time you are charged or in case the payment is unsuccessful. If you would prefer to have auto-renewal disabled, please contact us here.

If you want to cancel your subscription, please contact us here. We will cancel your subscription if you do not have any overdue payments.

ZoomCharts visuals are Power BI Certified which means that they do not access external services and they meet Microsoft code requirements. The visuals do not require any permissions beyond what is necessary for visualization, and they do not store or externally transmit any data.
