What happens when my trial ends?

After the trial period expires, the configured charts will still be visible/available/accessible in your reports, but you are no longer licensed to use the advanced version of ZoomCharts custom visuals.

How can I create a stacked column chart?

After you have added at least two series, make sure that both series have the same Stack number under Formatting Options 🡒 Series Configuration 🡒 Stack.

Why does the chart display “Incorrect data” even if I have added Value series and Date?

One of the reasons why this can happen is that the date that has been as a Date Hierarchy and not a separate Date field.

Can I rename the series displayed in legends?

Yes, you can. To do so, open Formatting Settings 🡒 Series Configuration 🡒 Display Name and insert the necessary name.

How can I change the granularity of data displayed without changing the time range?

To change the granularity without affecting time range, click on the second icon in the top right corner of the chart and select the necessary granularity.
