These toggles will be available if your selected Shape Layer Type is KML. 

If you wish to modify specific style properties without making changes to the KML Style file itself, you can add up to 10 style override rules. Enabling each toggle will allow you to alter the appearance of a specific Style ID, affecting all shapes that use that Style ID.

Each Style Override toggle will reveal a set of customization options once enabled:
