The report highlights key operational and financial KPIs, including Revenue, Gross Profit, OTIF %, Late Deliveries, Stockouts, Returns, Waste, and Supplier Performance, with interactive drill-down analysis across warehouses, customer channels, and time periods to support data-driven decision-making.
The report was submitted to the monthly ZoomCharts “4U Reports Challenge” data competition (May 2026).

This report provides an executive overview of supply chain performance across a Food & Beverage distribution network, focusing on operational reliability, supplier performance, inventory efficiency, and profitability. The dashboard enables stakeholders to monitor key KPIs such as Revenue, Gross Margin, OTIF, Stockout Rate, Returns, Waste, and Delivery Delays across suppliers, warehouses, sales channels, and product categories.
The report is structured into three analytical sections: Executive Overview, Supplier Performance & Reliability, and Operations & Inventory Efficiency, combining high-level business monitoring with detailed operational analysis. Interactive drill-down capabilities and dynamic insights help decision-makers identify underperforming suppliers, high-risk warehouses, operational bottlenecks, and revenue-impacting disruptions. The solution was designed with a strong focus on executive storytelling, operational transparency, intuitive navigation, and actionable insights to support faster, data-driven supply chain decisions.
