The dashboard enables stakeholders to monitor key KPIs such as Revenue, Gross Margin, OTIF, Stockout Rate, Returns, Waste, and Delivery Delays across suppliers, warehouses, sales channels, and product categories.

The report is structured into three analytical sections: Executive Overview, Supplier Performance & Reliability, and Operations & Inventory Efficiency, combining high-level business monitoring with detailed operational analysis. Interactive drill-down capabilities and dynamic insights help decision-makers identify underperforming suppliers, high-risk warehouses, operational bottlenecks, and revenue-impacting disruptions. The solution was designed with a strong focus on executive storytelling, operational transparency, intuitive navigation, and actionable insights to support faster, data-driven supply chain decisions.
