An interactive Power BI project portfolio management report designed to help PMO leaders monitor portfolio health, analyze delivery delays, and evaluate benefits realization across strategic initiatives. Explore a portfolio of 100 projects, including 55 active projects, with key performance indicators such as portfolio health, forecast delay days, cost performance (CPI), and realized benefits. Identify projects falling behind schedule, assess financial efficiency, and uncover gaps between planned and achieved business value.
The Power BI report combines portfolio-level performance monitoring with interactive ZoomCharts Drill Down PRO visualizations. Analyze benefit realization across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies, compare performance between business units, and drill into project complexity and lifecycle stages. Explore quarterly trends in portfolio health and forecast delays to identify emerging delivery risks and operational bottlenecks. The report helps decision-makers evaluate project effectiveness, prioritize recovery actions, improve resource allocation, and make informed decisions on which initiatives to accelerate, recover, pause, or terminate.
Built with Power BI and ZoomCharts Drill Down PRO visuals as part of the FP20 Analytics & ZoomCharts Challenge 41, focused on PMO Project Portfolio Data Analysis and Visualization.
