An interactive Power BI project portfolio management dashboard designed to help PMO leaders monitor financial performance, project delivery status, and strategic investment risks. Analyze portfolio budgets, actual project costs, and average portfolio health across 100 projects. Compare planned versus actual spending over time, explore project status distribution using Red, Amber, and Green (RAG) indicators, and identify delivery risks across strategic themes, business units, and programmes. The report combines executive-level KPI monitoring with interactive drill-down charts to uncover budget deviations, evaluate portfolio performance, and support data-driven decisions on which projects to accelerate, recover, pause, or terminate.
