During the analysis period, a total of 1,132 emails were sent across four weeks, with an average open rate of approximately 89%. Mobile devices accounted for 23.79% of opens, primarily within work hours and days, while desktops saw 76.21% of opens. Emails sent by professionals showed a higher number of neutral sentiments, while middle-level management and C-level executives displayed a mix of sentiments. The highest email activity by department came from executive management, and the top topics for opened emails included meeting scheduling and project updates. Emails were most frequently opened within work hours, demonstrating a preference for engaging with emails during office time.
