Report submitted for FP20 Analytics ZoomCharts Challenge 15 (April 2024). The report was built with the HR Analysis dataset and includes ZoomCharts custom Drill Down PRO visuals for Power BI.
Author's description:
Detail of the HR Challenge looking at staff composition, staff turnover and salaries across three countries. The data shows a diverse workforcein the USA, however globally the company is dominated by Asians. Gender is resonably nuetral with fluctuations depending on the country. Pay is resonably equitable as well.
The workforce is becoming younger with the 25-35 age range coing to prominanve in 2015. This age range also has the highest staff turnover. Global long run turnover stands at 17% with China the highest country at 19.3%. The US has the most consistant annual turnover rate whilst the other two countries are more erratic and more volatile when turnover occurs. The most stable and highest paid jobs are in IT. Salaries and bonuses are spread evenly with the highest paid and highest bonus being a Latino male.
