I developed a detailed analytics report that delivers valuable insights into sales trends and quantities sold during key events such as Black Friday and Christmas Market. The report evaluates yearly sales trends, year-over-year (YoY) performance, preferred product categories, customer behavior patterns, and regional sales distribution. It also examines the impact of weather conditions on sales. Furthermore, the analysis includes customer satisfaction rates, shipping methods, and delivery times to provide a holistic view of performance and customer experience.
