Each data point group that you have created using the Data Point Group field will have a separate Data Point Group section in
the Format Visual tab (up to nine). For example, if you have created
three groups (group1, group2, group3, etc.), you’ll see three sections – Data
Point Group 1, Data Point Group 2, and Data Point Group 3.
Each of these sections contain various properties that can
be used to apply specific customization to all data points that have the same
group ID in the Data Point Group field. These settings will take
priority over Data Points (Default) settings, allowing you to visually
distinguish each group.
Enable the section toggle if you wish to apply separate
formatting rules to a specific group. If the toggle is disabled, Data
Points (Default) settings will be applied.
- Marker Shape
- Show Images
- Color Mode
- Marker Fill Color (if Color Mode is Fixed)
- Fill Color Opacity
- Enable Outline (reveals additional settings once enabled)
- Value Label (available if you have added data to the Value Label field)
- Label (available if you have added data to the Label field)
- Use Category as Label
