Participating in the Onyx Data DataDNA dataset challenge provided me with a valuable experience, allowing me to delve into a vast collection of automotive data to uncover insightful trends. Exploring various aspects of car sales, including usage patterns, vehicle status and regional variations, was both enlightening and engaging. Upon analyzing the dataset provided for the challenge, several significant findings emerged that could greatly influence decision-making within the automotive industry. The dominance of the Manual gear box in overall sales suggests a historical preference of customers for cars being bought/requested and offered. Conversely, the popularity of the "Limousine" category in terms of quantity sold highlights the significance of a particular and highly sought-after vehicle category.
