The report was submitted to the monthly ZoomCharts “4U Reports Challenge” data competition (May 2026).

This Power BI dashboard provides an end-to-end view of supply chain performance by combining revenue, fulfilment, inventory, and supplier insights into a single interactive experience. It helps stakeholders monitor OTIF performance, stockout risks, gross margins, waste management, and supplier reliability across regions, channels, and warehouses. The dashboard is designed with a storytelling approach, using business-driven questions and drill-through analysis to uncover operational bottlenecks, improve decision-making, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
