This interactive Power BI report presents a Food & Beverage Supply Chain Dashboard built using a combination of ZoomCharts Drill Down interactive visuals and native Power BI visuals. The report highlights key operational and financial KPIs, including Revenue, Gross Profit, OTIF %, Late Deliveries, Stockouts, Returns, Waste, and Supplier Performance, with interactive drill-down analysis across warehouses, customer channels, and time periods to support data-driven decision-making.
The report was submitted to the monthly ZoomCharts “4U Reports Challenge” data competition (May 2026).
Author’s Description:
This Power BI report was built to deliver a complete operational and financial overview of supply chain performance within the Food & Beverage industry. The solution helps supply chain managers and business leaders track delivery performance, identify operational inefficiencies, and understand how disruptions affect profitability.
Page 1 – Executive Supply Chain Overview
Provides a high-level summary of operational and financial KPIs, including Revenue, Gross Profit, OTIF %, Late Deliveries, Stockout Rate, and Waste Cost. Interactive visuals and KPI indicators help users quickly spot performance trends, operational risks, and warehouse or regional issues.
Page 2 – Supplier & Product Diagnostics
Focuses on operational inefficiencies across suppliers and product categories. Users can evaluate returns, quality concerns, waste impact, and revenue loss through interactive drill-down visuals designed to highlight the main drivers behind operational issues.
Page 3 – Root Cause & Financial Impact Analysis
A dedicated drillthrough page designed for deeper investigation of selected warehouses, suppliers, or product categories. Decomposition trees and waterfall charts were used to connect operational failures with financial impact and profit erosion.
