Author’s Description:
This Power BI dashboard analyzes a €3.11 billion European real estate market across 10 countries, identifying France as the leader in both total sales volume and price per square meter. The data highlights a market dominated by sales (95.67%) over rentals, with significant seasonal volatility in sold prices and an average time on market of approximately 162 to 165 days.
