This Power BI report analyzes loan performance and borrower risk patterns to support better lending decisions at Nova Bank. The analysis explores default trends by loan intent, income bracket, employment type, age group, gender, geography, and loan grade. It also highlights the strong correlation between debt-to-income and loan-to-income ratios.
