This Power BI IT helpdesk dashboard provides an interactive view of support performance and operational patterns. It helps service desk teams compare available measures, examine support categories, identify relationships within the data, and investigate areas that may require closer attention.
The report was created by Sajjad Ahmadi for the July 2025 FP20 Analytics ZoomCharts Challenge using the IT Helpdesk Performance Analysis Dataset.
The report approaches IT support analysis through several complementary views. Its main analytical capabilities include:
Drill Down Scatter, Combo, Combo Bar, and Donut visuals provide correlation, trend, comparison, and composition-based analysis. Interactive filtering allows users to move from an overall performance view to a selected category, metric, or data segment.
Click a scatter point, chart series, bar, or donut segment to filter the related support data. Use the visuals together to compare categories, investigate performance patterns, and identify records or segments that require additional analysis.
