• The report offers thorough insights into workforce diversity, meticulously delineating gender, ethnicity, and age distributions. This examination provides a nuanced grasp of organizational inclusivity, guiding targeted diversity initiatives.
• In this assessment, I monitored employee retention rates annually, unveiling valuable trends.
• Additionally, I evaluate employee retention rates across gender, ethnicity, and age brackets, ensuring fairness and pinpointing areas for focused retention efforts to nurture an inclusive workplace.
• Through analysis, I pinpoint business units with both the highest and lowest employee retention rates.
• The analysis facilitates comprehensive tracking of employee turnover rates, shedding light on attrition patterns across various time frames since 2017.

SOME OF THE KEY FINDINGS:
- Employee count increased by 681.82% from 1992 to 2021, with a significant rise of 120.51% from 2013 to 2021.
- Strategy had the highest retention rate at 100%, while Research & Development had the lowest at 88.21%, with rates ranging from 88.21% to 100% across all business units.
- Caucasians had the highest retention rate at 92.99%, followed by Latinos, Asians, and Blacks.
- Bonus salary increased by 1,549.53% from 1992 to 2021, with a notable rise of 258.11% from 2008 to 2021.
- Average annual salary increased by 15.29% from 1992 to 2021, with a significant jump from $96,221 to $106,333 between 1992 and 1995.
