Author’s Description:
This Power BI report was built for the ZoomCharts 4U Reports Challenge in May 2026, using a Food and Beverage Supply Chain dataset. It covers three core areas of supply chain operations including delivery performance, inventory health, and overall profitability. The report is designed to help operations and supply chain teams quickly identify where failures are happening, whether that is late shipments from high risk suppliers, stockouts and expiry losses across warehouses, or margin leakage across channels and product categories. Each page uses ZoomCharts drill down visuals to allow users to move from a high level overview down to granular supplier, product, and warehouse level detail without leaving the report.
