This report provides a concise view of the organisation’s data governance health, covering data trust, risk exposure, and accountability from enterprise to field level. The Executive Overview summarises overall data trust, compliance status, financial exposure, and where governance risk is concentrated across domains and geographies. Data Quality & Stewardship examines field-level accuracy and completeness, data classification, and how ownership and stewardship workload affect quality outcomes. Audit Findings & Remediation focuses on control effectiveness, highlighting audit recency, open issues, remediation effort, and financial impact to support prioritisation. Across all pages, users can compare the latest and previous audits to distinguish recent changes from longer-term trends.
