Author's Description:
The company is financially stable and consistently meeting sales targets ($1.98bn vs $1.978bn), but growth is stagnant at 0% YOY. Customer satisfaction (7.5), waste control (2.84%), and delivery (94%) remain excellent, showing strong operational efficiency. However, workforce issues are significant: overall retention is good (81%), but early new-hire attrition is alarmingly high (223 exits in 30 days) and manager turnover (43%) is a critical concern. Improving onboarding and leadership retention are urgent priorities to sustain long-term performance.
