Bestsellers Corporate the most profitable Customer Segment over years.
Body care - top category, nail care products - top subcategory.
Herbal essences bio - top product L2Y.
Product discount policy needs review - discount increase causes almost the same or similar sales decrease not improving Quantity sold.
2023 Profit decreases -12% despite increased Sales and Quantity.
Increased Discount policy improved Sales and visibility for customers, however should be redesigned to improve Profits.
