This Power BI banking transaction dashboard helps users analyze customer behavior, product usage, revenue drivers, channel performance, and transaction trends. It provides a focused view of how different customer segments interact with banking products and services.
Created by Andreas Miftakhul Pratama for the FP20 Analytics ZoomCharts Challenge in June 2025, the report uses the Banking Customers & Transactions Dataset to turn detailed banking activity into an interactive performance analysis.
The report examines banking performance from several customer, product, channel, and time-based perspectives. Its main insights include:
The analysis also compares fee patterns across customer groups and helps users examine whether recommended products align with actual customer behavior.
The dashboard uses Drill Down Combo Bar, Map, and Timeline PRO visuals. These interactive visuals support comparisons across customer segments, banking products, channels, periods, and geographical dimensions.
Click active chart elements to filter the report and compare transaction behavior across customer segments, products, channels, and transaction types. Use the timeline to explore changes over time and the map to investigate geographical performance where available.
