Report submitted for FP20 Analytics ZoomCharts Challenge 15 (April 2024). The report was built with the HR Analysis dataset and includes ZoomCharts custom Drill Down PRO visuals for Power BI.

This project is a data analysis that explores various aspects of human resources, including workforce diversity, correlations between salary levels, departments, and job titles, geographic distribution of the workforce, trends in employee retention rates, bonuses paid, and pay equity by gender, ethnicity, and age.
