As part of the challenge, I stepped into the role of a data analyst at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), analyzing over 62,000 consumer complaints across 1,081 companies. My dashboard focuses on key metrics like response time, reputation score, and complaint resolution types, uncovering patterns in how companies handle consumer issues.
