The renewal steps depends on where the purchase was made.  

If you have purchased the visuals on AppSource and selected recurring billing, the renewal will happen automatically. If you have turned off the recurring billing, the license will be renewed once the payment is made.

If you have purchased the visuals directly from ZoomCharts you will either be auto charged or will receive an invoice prior subscription end date (depending on the selected payment method). We will email you the new license key and hash once the payment has been received. If your subscription is expired but you haven’t received a notification, please contact us here.
