Visuals can be download from the AppSource. See the instructions here. 

If you have purchased the visuals directly from ZoomCharts the license will be available in your Drill Down Visuals account.  Please, use the same credentials that were applied during the purchase process.

If you have purchased a single visual on AppSource, you can manage your licenses in the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre. After a user has a license assigned to them via Microsoft 365 Admin Centre they will be able to add the visual to Power BI via AppSource.

If you have purchased a visual bundle on AppSource, you will be able to download the license at the end of the checkout. It will be emailed to you as well.

Please note that licenses purchased on AppSource won’t be visible in your ZoomCharts account, only in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
