The location of your license information depends on where you purchased the license:

• If purchased on Microsoft Marketplace (AppSource): Your license information is available in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Note that Microsoft Marketplace (AppSource) single visual subscriptions do not include a license key or hash, and these subscriptions will not appear in your ZoomCharts account. For details on managing licenses in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, refer to the relevant section of this guide.
• If purchased directly from ZoomCharts: Your license information can be found in your ZoomCharts account. Log in to access your license theme file, or the license key and hash.

An exception applies to certain Microsoft Marketplace (AppSource) plans:

If you’ve subscribed to the SaaS subscription for the Drill Down Bundle, it will appear in your ZoomCharts account, and the licenses are managed by applying a custom theme file to your reports. However, any license extensions or cancellations for this plan must be handled through your Azure portal.
