The license cancellation process depends on where you purchased the license.
- If purchased on Microsoft Marketplace (AppSource), you can cancel the subscription in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- If purchased directly from ZoomCharts, you can cancel the license by sending a request to [email protected].
An exception applies to certain AppSource plans:
If you’ve subscribed to the SaaS subscription for the Drill Down Bundle, the license cancellation should be handled through your Azure portal.
