The license cancellation process depends on where the license was purchased.
- Microsoft Marketplace (AppSource): cancel the subscription in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- ZoomCharts: Send a cancellation request to [email protected].
If you subscribed to the SaaS subscription for the Drill Down Bundle through AppSource, cancel the license through your Azure portal.
