This setting will not be available when using Line Threshold Type, since it needs just one value (From-Value) to determine the threshold placement.
When using Area Threshold Type, this setting will be one of two points that will determine the boundaries of the threshold area, the other being From-Value.
When using Change Threshold Type, the From-Value will be compared against To-Value (this setting). If To-Value is larger than From-Value, the threshold will indicate a positive change. Conversely, if To-Value is smaller than From-Value, it will be displayed as a negative change.
Select the value type that is used to determine the To-Value.
- Constant: This setting will reveal a To-Value field where you can manually enter a numerical value where you wish to place the To-Value.
- First: To-Value will be placed at the first value in To-Series in order of the appearance on the chart.
- Last: To-Value will be placed at the last value in To-Series in the order of appearance on the chart.
- Minimum: To-Value will be placed at the smallest value in To-Series.
- Maximum: To-Value will be placed at the largest value in To-Series.
- Average: To-Value placement will be determined by calculating the mean value of To-Series.
- Median: To-Value placement will be determined by calculating the median (middle value) of To-Series.
- Percentile: Enter a percentage in the To-Percentage field and the visual will place To-Value at a point that is above x% of data points in the To-Series. (Example - if the series has 10 visible data points, entering 70% will place To-Value at a value that is higher than 7 of the data points.)
- Dynamic Threshold 1 or 2: To-value is defined dynamically using the Dynamic Threshold fields field or measure, instead of relying on fixed static values or default aggregation methods. Dynamic Threshold update automatically based on the data / measure context and can also be controlled by using parameters.
