By default, this setting is enabled, meaning the visual applies the UTC offset from the source data (UTC + X hours).
When the setting is disabled, all time data is converted to standard UTC time (UTC + 0 hours), ignoring the original time zone offset.
Turn UTC Offset off when accurate comparisons are required for data collected across multiple time zones.
