This is the default background color for all outside labels in the network. By changing it to a different color you can customize the legends to better suit your needs and style.

The default value for this property is “transparent”, alternatively, you can choose any color from the default color selector in Power BI.

Or you can use the custom color option and choose a color from the RGB palette.
