This setting forces all series value labels to be displayed, even in cases where multiple labels could overlap due to proximity.
Off (default setting): Value labels that do not have enough space to be displayed due to proximity to other labels may be hidden.
On: All value labels for this series will be displayed, even if they overlap with nearby labels.
