Others/Previous Height in Percentage

Set the height of the "Others"/"Previous" bar as a percentage of the tallest visible bar. At 100%, the bar has the same height as the tallest visible bar.

This setting is available when "Others"/"Previous" Sizing is set to Fixed Percent.
