The objective of this project is to help business stakeholders gain a clear and integrated understanding of the company’s overall performance. It enables them to assess sales and profitability trends, identify the main drivers of results, and determine which markets, products, and pharmacies contribute most to performance.
It also aims to highlight performance differences across similar contexts and analyze the impact of commercial decisions, such as promotional activities, on business outcomes.
To address these objectives, the report is designed with a progressive structure consisting of three dashboards that guide users from a high-level strategic overview of the business to a detailed local-level analysis.
