This interactive Power BI report presents a Food & Beverage Supply Chain Dashboard built using a combination of ZoomCharts Drill Down interactive visuals and native Power BI visuals. The report highlights key operational and financial KPIs, including Revenue, Gross Profit, OTIF %, Late Deliveries, Stockouts, Returns, Waste, and Supplier Performance, with interactive drill-down analysis across warehouses, customer channels, and time periods to support data-driven decision-making.
The report was submitted to the monthly ZoomCharts “4U Reports Challenge” data competition (May 2026).

This Power BI report provides an end-to-end view of Food & Beverage supply chain operations across three analytical pages.
Page 1- Revenue Performance
Monitors overall financial and operational health through KPIs such as Revenue, Gross Profit, OTIF %, and Stockout Rate. The dashboard enables executives to track performance trends across sales channels, regions, and product categories with year-over-year comparisons and interactive drill-down analysis.
Page 2 - Supplier Performance
Identifies underperforming suppliers by analyzing OTIF %, Quality Issue Rate, Lead Time gaps, and late delivery trends. A comprehensive Supplier Scorecard consolidates supplier performance, operational risk, and fulfillment reliability into a single analytical view.
Page 3 - Inventory Health
Tracks inventory risk across warehouses, including stockout exposure, products below reorder point, waste generation, and expiry losses. The report also quantifies the financial impact of inventory inefficiencies through Expired Revenue Loss and Waste Revenue Loss metrics, helping stakeholders prioritize operational improvements and reduce supply chain risk.
