Page 1 (Operational Excellence): Evaluates logistical service levels across distribution channels (Retail, HoReCa, E-commerce, and Distributors) using critical metrics like On-Time In-Full (OTIF), Return Rates, and Stockout Rates to pinpoint operational bottlenecks. Page 2 (Financial Overview): Tracks high-level profitability metrics including Revenue, Gross Profit, and Gross Margin, broken down geographically and by channel to identify primary growth drivers.
