Built with the CRM & Sales Pipeline Analysis dataset, the report uses ZoomCharts custom Drill Down PRO visuals for Power BI to explore lead distribution, pipeline health, forecast trends, sales agent performance, and product strategy effectiveness.

• The pipeline shows a conversion rate of 5.7%, with $184,000 in sales from 79 won deals.
• The average expected sales cycle is 196 days, suggesting room to improve cycle time and speed up deal closure.
• February had the highest deal conversion rate, while both deal values and conversion rate have declined since then.
• The downward trend highlights a need to review strategy and prevent weaker future deal value forecasts.

Country and Forecast Analysis

• Italy shows the strongest potential for future deals due to a higher number of organizations.
