This interactive Power BI report explores the European Real Estate Market Analytics dataset using ZoomCharts Drill Down custom visuals for Power BI. It highlights property prices, price per square meter, listing activity, and property characteristics across countries and cities, helping users identify market trends, compare locations, and evaluate investment opportunities.

The report was submitted to the FP20 Analytics ZoomCharts Data Challenge #36 (March – April 2026).

Author’s Description:

European Real Estate Intelligence is a three-page Power BI report analyzing 5,000 property listings across 10 European countries (2020–2024). The report moves from a market overview to structural drivers and then to a focused price appreciation analysis, showing not only where activity and value are highest today, but also how the market has evolved since the last recorded sale. Median values are used throughout to reflect typical market behavior, with non-applicable attributes handled transparently to ensure fair comparisons across diverse property types.
