This report analyzes holiday-season retail fulfillment performance to assess delivery reliability, operational pressure, and customer experience risks during the peak Christmas period. It begins with an overview of total fulfillments, on-time and late delivery rates, and daily late shipment trends across the holiday season. The analysis then examines how delivery performance changes before, during, and after the holiday peak, highlighting differences between volume growth and delivery reliability. It further explores delay severity, carrier and warehouse performance, and service-level risk to identify where late deliveries are most concentrated.
