This project established a four-pillar analytical framework to analyze and improve the consumer finance ecosystem. The dashboard covers an executive snapshot of complaint trends, a root-cause deep dive into products and issues, company accountability benchmarking, and resolution channel analysis. Together, these pillars identify key drivers of complaints, highlight underperforming companies, and assess how response effectiveness varies by submission method. Linking complaint causes with response speed reveals systemic bottlenecks that, if addressed, could significantly improve resolution efficiency and consumer trust.
