This Procurement Performance Dashboard analyzes procurement operations from 2022–2024 using interactive Power BI visualizations and a star schema data model. The report provides insights into procurement spend trends, supplier performance, budget utilization, savings opportunities, delivery efficiency, invoice risks, and maverick spending behavior.
Page 1 focuses on procurement overview analytics, including total spend, savings, budget vs. actual comparison, category-level spend analysis, and supplier concentration. Interactive drill-down hierarchies allow users to explore procurement trends across years, quarters, and months.
Page 2 focuses on supplier risk and operational performance by analyzing on-time delivery rates, lead times, invoice disputes, supplier risk levels, preferred supplier usage, and payment issues. The dashboard enables business users to identify procurement bottlenecks, monitor supplier efficiency, and support strategic sourcing decisions through interactive filtering and cross-visual analysis.
