Initiating contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Conducting discovery calls and product demos to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
Managing and nurturing a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive)
Collaborating with marketing to align messaging and outreach strategies
Continuously optimizing outbound sales processes and outreach scripts
Reporting on KPIs and contributing to sales strategy improvements
Here’s what we need from you:
Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or tech industry
Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (both written and spoken)
Strong ability to identify customer pain points and align solutions accordingly
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with cold outreach
Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive is a plus)
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
A growth mindset and willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
