Select how the fill color of each slice is applied. This setting is available if the Pie Charts on Nodes toggle is enabled. 

By default, the fill color of each slice will be determined by your Category Colors settings. Alternatively, you can select a Base Fill Color and the visual will instantly create and apply derivative shades for every slice.

You can choose between three Fill Mode options:

• Solid fill: The fill color will be applied without any additional effects. Default setting.
• Gradient to a derived color: A linear gradient will be applied to each slice, using its fill color as one point and an automatically derived color variation as the other point. Choosing this setting will reveal additional configuration options:
  • Slice Outer Opacity
  • Gradient Start Location
  • Lightness Adjustment
  • Hue Adjustment
  • Saturation Adjustment
• Gradient to a single color: A linear gradient will be applied to each slice, using its fill color as one point and a custom Gradient Color as the other point. Choosing this setting will reveal a different set of additional configuration options:
  • Gradient Color
  • Slice Outer Opacity
  • Gradient Start Location
