Revenue Diversification: Explore opportunities to diversify revenue streams by introducing new products or services that align with customer needs. Retention Strategies: Implement loyalty programs, personalized offers, and excellent customer service to reduce churn and retain customers.
Purchase History: For high-value customers offer them exclusive discounts. Since repeat customers are a significant part of sales, implement loyalty programs or personalized marketing to enhance customer retention.
