It encompasses crucial KPIs, such as revenue and profit trends, as well as explores correlations between sales, ship mode, shipping duration, and various other valuable insights. Key recommendation: Delivery days and return rates are the primary criteria for determining the best retail supply management, so developing strategies for optimising delivery days and conducting an extensive review of the reasons for high return rates will improve delivery speed, reduce costs, and meet customer expectations while improving overall supply chain performance.
