Here’s what the role is about:

Collect and study information about customers, sales trends, products and services.
Use your experience with consumer opinion collection methods to design, perform, and analyze surveys, experiments, focus groups, polls, market research, and sales data analysis.
Determine and validate ICP profiles and keep them up to date based on the market and customer data.
Translate consumer data into functional insights that will impact product and marketing strategies
Work with Customer Success team to develop strong relationships with customers and partners.
Work with Marketing Team to validate hypotheses regarding ICP.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to document and communicate with internal and external resources.
2+ years of experience as a market researcher.
Hands-on experience with survey design, experiments, focus groups, polls and other types of market research.
Strong knowledge of statistics.
Highly detail-oriented and organized personality with the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accurate and effective execution of all projects and tasks.
Prior experience with Power BI.
