If you want to purchase single or multiple single visuals on AppSource, follow the purchase steps in AppSource, enter the required number of users, set billing terms and add payment method. 

Please note that anyone can purchase a license for themselves on AppSource. However, if you are buying multiple licenses and plan to assign them to your colleagues:

1. you have to have admin rights to Microsoft Office 365,  otherwise you won’t be able to assign licenses
2. you and your colleagues have to be assigned to the same tenant

Microsoft AppSource is managed and maintained by Microsoft, and it is linked with the Microsoft infrastructure for license management. Therefore, custom visual purchase via AppSource follows the same license management principles Microsoft have for their own products.
